Schedule3W uses a subscription model to ensure you will
always be eligible to use the latest release.
The cost for Schedule3W is based on three factors:
- whether you are not for profit (e.g. education,
library, charity, etc.)
- number of staff
- whether a single or multiple workstation license is desired
Sample pricing, in US dollars, for not for profit organizations
for one database:
- single workstation license with 20 or less staff is
only $96/year
- single workstation license for up to 40 staff is $180/year
- single workstation license for up to 60 staff is $240/year
- etc. (Contact us for
pricing for more staff)
- upgrade from one workstation license to one
concurrent user license (i.e. Schedule3W may be installed on
any number of workstations with only one being used at a time) for
only $48/year
- for simultaneous scheduler access, add additional concurrent user
licenses for only $48/year each
- Web View add-on (provides browser access to the live
schedule from any workstation) is only an additional $120/year
for databases with up to 60 staff (Contact us
for pricing for more staff).

A 100% refund will be provided if you decide within 60 days that
