5.5.07 Web: DST Drag Scheduling & Reveal Collapsed Bars

  • Web Update 5.5.7 fixed dragging shift bars after DST change:
    • A Daylight Savings Time change related issue was discovered when dragging shifts in Days by Time graphs:
      • Shifts dragged on days after the time change would be scheduled for times that were off by an hour from what was shown.
      • The shift times are now accurately scheduled as shown.
  • Web View 5.5.7 hidden collapsed bars issue resolved:
    • We found that when the employee bar Layer Type is set to Collapsed, and Vertical Scroll is also enabled, Service Point shifts rendered off-screen ended up hidden behind the underlying Working Shifts.
    • The conflict betweeen these two incompatible options has been resolved by disabling Vertical Scroll when displaying an employee graph with Collapsed bars. This ensures that collapsed bars that were hidden are revealed by keeping them on top.

5.5.06 Web security

  • Web View 5.5.6 security update:
    • Customers that use Schedule3W Web with HTTPS are strongly encouraged to update to this release as it includes important security patches for vulnerabilities present in the secure NGINX web proxy component included in Schedule3W 5.5.05 and earlier releases.
    • NGINX secure web proxy has been upgraded to 1.30.4. Read about those changes here: https://nginx.org/en/CHANGES-1.30

5.5.05 Web security update

  • Web View 5.5.5 security update:
    • All customers with Schedule3W Web and HTTPS enabled are strongly encouraged to update, as there are known vulnerabilities in Schedule3W Web in all earlier releases of Schedule3W that are patched in this release.
    • The secure NGINX web proxy has been upgraded to 1.30.3. Read about those changes here: https://nginx.org/en/CHANGES-1.30

5.5.04 Web search and table display accessibility

  • Web View 5.5.4 improvements and fixes:
    • Accessibility of form elements in the main search form and table displays has been improved. This is part of an ongoing effort to meet industry standards for accessibility that will be carried out across multiple releases in the coming months.
    • In Schedule3W 5.4.34 (Web: 4.11.0), Collapsed employee bars stopped working. This regression has been fixed.
    • In Schedule3W 5.5.1 (Web: 5.5.1), scheduling shifts in a Days by Time graph on or after a Daylight Savings Time change was only partially fixed. A second case was discovered where graph bars were positioned incorrectly (off by one hour) after a shift is added or updated. This second issue is now fixed as well.
